We offer monthly IT SLA’s at affordable rates. These are for customers that need priority assistance or a full replacement for a in-house IT department.
Agreements are charged per device supported. You can choose to cover all assets or just business critical assets and choose pay as you go on other assets.
Server (Application / DB / Domain / File) – $155 / Month
Desktop / Laptop Computer – $15 / Month
Printer / Fax / Copier – $5 / Month
VOIP PBX Appliance – $50 / Month
VOIP Phone – $5 / Month
Firewall / Router / AP – $20 / Month
Managed Switch – $5 / Month
Security Cams – $5 / Month
Security DVR / NVR – $ 20 / Month
Pay As You Go Rates For Uncovered Devices – $65 / Hour ( All SLA Tickets Are Put At A Higher Priority)
Pay As You Go Rates For All Other Services (Engineering / Construction / Cable Running) – $65 / Hour ( All SLA Tickets Are Put At A Higher Priority)
You Can Pre-Purchase A Block Of 10 Pay As You Go Hours For $500 And Pull From That Throughout The Year As Well. ( All SLA Tickets Are Put At A Higher Priority)
